The unification of digitally printed images and architectural features form structures, closing in on detail and enhance awareness of the functionality and practicality that architecture holds in our lives. Key to my practice-based research is the exploration of photography and its status as an object, an interest in architecture, the navigation of objects/structures, and the understanding of three-dimensional space.
Ceiling Form and Structural Capture engage the viewer in a philosophical dialogue and experience, between the eyes, the body, the work and architectural space. The works also performing in some instances kinetically, encouraging the spectator to almost participate through the act of movement around the space.
